How Portfolio Donations Work

When you donate to a portfolio, your contribution is directed to our fiscal sponsor, who then distributes funds to the nonprofit partners within that portfolio based on their operational needs and impact potential.

Important: Our fiscal sponsor retains variance power, meaning they have the discretion to allocate funds as they determine most effective. Donors cannot earmark contributions for specific nonprofits within a portfolio.

This approach ensures funds are deployed where they can have the greatest impact while maintaining full compliance with charitable giving regulations.
